The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and a microwave. The cooker is a modern electric cooker with an electric hob.
There is a modern open plan dining area, with a comfortable table and chairs. In the front of the living room, there is a large shaded balcony with a patio table and chairs.
The living area has a flat-screen T.V, where you can view 42 channels. There is also a DVD player. In this area, there is a comfortable leather suite and coffee table.
The roof terrace area is accessed by the external staircase and belongs solely to the apartment. There are sunbeds with patio tables and chairs.

A weekly linen change is included in the cost, but you can arrange for extra linen changes directly with our managing agent & pay them directly.
On-site facilities
There are three swimming pools. The main pool is especially suitable for very young children as it has a large shallow area. The Dolphin Pool is suitable for older children and adults. The Princess Garden Pool is also suitable for older children and adults. All pools have a bar area and in the peak seasons serve refreshments and food.
There are three a la carte restaurants, Zanzibar, Princess Gardens & Casa Do Largo. There are also café bars, Bar O Café and the Jazz Café. Two general bars, The Village Inn and the Buccaneer. The bars have large Plasma screens and show the major sporting events. There is also a Supermarket on site.
Off-site Facilities
Nearby there is a water park, a zoo, a zoo marine and a karting track in Almancil.
Vilamoura beach and marina are 1Km walks away which normally takes 10-15 minutes.
There are lots of good restaurants and shops in the marina, boat trips, para-gliding, golf etc. which can be arranged in the marina.
There is a Casino and nightclubs in the marina.

There is a very good shopping centre in Guia which is a 20-minute drive away.
